Here how to chek transistor 13001 with avometer
1. set the avometer in ohm x10
2. probe black in pin 3, red in pin 2, the indicator needle will move but not full ( normal ) if full the transistor is short.
3. probe black in pin 3, red in pin 1, the indicator needle will move but not full ( normal ) if full the transistor is short.
4. probe black in pin 2, red in 3 indicator must not move, if move the transistor is short.
5. probe black in pin 2, red in 1 indicator must not move, if move the transistor is short.
6. probe black in pin 1, red in 3 indicator must not move, if move the transistor is short.
7. probe black in pin 1, red in 2 indicator must not move, if move the transistor is short.
